HR Recruiter Intern

As an HR Recruitment Intern at our company in Thaltej, Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources team with various recruitment tasks. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in creating and posting job openings on different platforms. - Reviewing resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. - Conducting initial phone interviews and assessments. - Coordinating interviews and liaising with hiring managers. - Updating the candidate database and assisting in drafting offer letters. - Participating in recruitment events and onboarding new hires. - Supporting with administrative tasks such as organizing resumes and interview notes. - Providing general HR assistance when required. To excel in this role, you should be a current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Additionally, you should possess: - Strong interest in recruitment and HR practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Attention to detail and organizational skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with social media and job boards.
