Job Title: Performance Marketing & Strategy Manager Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Location: Ahmedabad, Work from Office Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing & Strategy Manager to lead paid marketing initiatives across platforms like Meta and Google. This role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on optimizing campaigns for ROI and user acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Performance Marketing & Strategy Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display) Optimize CAC, ROAS, CTR, and funnel performance across all marketing channels Build and manage remarketing lists, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences Plan and execute campaigns for app downloads, event registrations, and course sales Team Leadership & Coordination Manage and mentor a small team of executives and interns Coordinate with design, content, product, and tech teams to launch campaigns on time Develop and implement SOPs and reporting processes for campaign execution Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze performance using GA4, Meta Business Suite, UTM parameters, and Microsoft clarity Deliver regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) with actionable insights Conduct A/B testing, user funnel analysis, and audience behavior research Requirements: 4–6 years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing Proven success in managing and scaling Meta and Google ad campaigns Proficient in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and dashboard tools Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills Excellent copywriting and creative briefing capabilities Experience in e-learning, app-based, or event-driven businesses is a plus Apply Now 9998741755 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
