Job Description

Digital Dizney is a fast-growing startup specializing in digital marketing solutions. Our innovative strategies blend creativity with cutting-edge technology to help businesses maximize their online presence and drive growth. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented HR Recruiter Intern to join our team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR operations within a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Update and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support in the drafting and posting of job descriptions for open positions, ensuring clarity and alignment with hiring requirements.
  • Assist in organizing and attending career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes and enhance candidate engagement strategies.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives within the HR department, gaining exposure to various aspects of human resources management.

Requirements:

  • Completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR practices, with a desire to gain practical experience in recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage candidates and build rapport.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
