Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter Intern will assist the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various non-IT positions such as production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, warehouse, and logistics. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students looking to gain hands-on experience in HR and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in understanding hiring requirements for non-IT roles in manufacturing.
• Help in drafting and posting job advertisements on portals and social media.
• Source and screen candidate profiles from multiple channels.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Support onboarding and documentation activities.
• Provide a positive candidate experience during the recruitment process.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in recruitment and HR processes.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing industry roles (preferred, not mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and social media platforms.
• Strong learning attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility:

• Fresh graduates or final-year students from HR, Business Administration, or related fields.

Internship Details:

• Duration: 3–6 months
• Stipend: 6000 to 8000
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (General Shift)

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹21,223.72 per month
