Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Coordinate candidate communication and follow-ups
• Help maintain and update internal recruitment databases
• Support onboarding processes and documentation
• Collaborate with the HR team on recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and job portals
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
