Job Title: HR Recruiter Intern

Position Overview:
Support the HR team in talent acquisition and recruitment efforts, gaining hands-on experience with sourcing, screening, and coordination tasks under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Help draft job descriptions and maintain applicant tracking system records
• Support onboarding activities and recruitment events

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
