Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior HR Recruiter with deep expertise in hiring for the manufacturing sector. This role will focus on managing end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior-level non-IT positions such as production, maintenance, quality, operations, warehouse, logistics, and other support functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry connections, exceptional sourcing capabilities, and proven leadership in handling multiple recruitment mandates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle for non-IT manufacturing roles, from requirement gathering to onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and job specifications.
  • Develop advanced sourcing strategies, including headhunting, networking, and industry mapping.
  • Manage job postings across multiple platforms (portals, social media, referrals, and offline channels).
  • Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate further technical/functional evaluations.
  • Negotiate salary packages and manage offer roll-outs.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters in the HR team.
  • Maintain recruitment analytics, reporting, and compliance with hiring policies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of non-IT recruitment in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong sourcing, networking, and headhunting expertise.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions and tight timelines effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a senior/recruitment lead role.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (General Shift)
Salary Range:based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
