HR Recruiter / Executive

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Recruiter/Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in the Indian job market context. The HR Recruiter/Executive will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talented individuals to join our organization. The candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of HR practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system.
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
• Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates and facilitate the onboarding process.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure an effective recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 0-4 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and procedures.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
• Experience with social media recruiting and sourcing techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
