Role Overview:

Executive Secretary

This is a high-visibility role requiring exceptional organizational, communication, and coordination skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Founder’s daily calendar, schedule, and appointments.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing communication — calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Draft letters, reports, meeting notes, and presentations with clarity and accuracy.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, client interactions, and external engagements.
  • Arrange travel, logistics, and event participation for the Founder and leadership team.
  • Maintain confidential records, files, and business documents.
  • Track ongoing projects, tasks, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
  • Support the Founder’s Office with business reports and executive summaries.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.
