Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in Ahmedabad for an on-site, full-time position. The HR Recruiter will oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new team members. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining a talent pipeline, collaborating with department heads to meet hiring needs, and ensuring compliance with local employment regulations while fostering a positive candidate experience.
