Role Description

Graphic Designer

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience
in Graphic Design or a related creative field.
Proficiency in graphic design fundamentals and expertise in industry-standard tools such as
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
.
Experience in
Logo Design, Branding, and Identity Creation
, with the ability to develop cohesive and impactful visual concepts.
Strong understanding of
Typography
and its effective application across different design formats.
Creative problem-solving abilities with a
strong portfolio
showcasing diverse design projects.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A degree or relevant certification in
Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
is preferred.

Responsibilities

Make clear and attractive graphics for
social media, websites, ads, and marketing work.
Create logos, branding designs, and full brand identity as per client needs.
Make videos, motion graphics, and animations using After Effects
and Premiere Pro.
Design layouts, typography work, and other creative materials using brand rules.
Work with the marketing, content, and creative team to plan and make design ideas.
Edit raw video and make it clean and ready for use on digital platforms.
Make sure all designs are high quality, consistent, and completed on time.
Learn new design trends and tools to improve creativity and work quality.
Update and change designs based on feedback from team members and clients.
