Job Description

An HR Recruiter's job is to find and hire qualified candidates for an organization. This involves partnering with hiring managers to understand job needs, creating and posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various platforms, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating the interview process, managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), extending job offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Key Responsibilities

  • Partnering with Hiring Managers:Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and define job roles and qualifications.
  • Job Description Creation:Draft compelling and accurate job descriptions for posting on career sites and other platforms.
  • Candidate Sourcing:Proactively search for suitable candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, company referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screening and Assessment:Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination:Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
  • ATS Management:Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain organized records.
  • Offer Management:Communicate job offers to selected candidates and manage the negotiation process to reach an agreement.
  • Onboarding:Ensure new hires have a seamless and efficient transition into the company.
  • Reporting:Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Employer Branding:Enhance the company's employer brand to attract top talent.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, manage multiple roles, and stay organized.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools and software.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze hiring data and metrics.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively negotiate job offers with candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,240.98 - ₹15,282.70 per month
