Job Summary:

HR Executive Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives, including job fairs, campus recruitment, and social media campaigns.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • Prepare offer letters, negotiate salaries (when applicable), and coordinate pre-joining formalities.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source of hire to optimize hiring processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field .
  • 6 months 2years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and ATS platforms.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Knowledge of employer branding strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to analyze hiring metrics and improve recruitment processes.
