Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions. Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and provide feedback to all parties. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain and update the candidate database and applicant tracking system (ATS). Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process. Support the HR team in organizing and executing recruitment drives, campus hiring, and job fairs. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
