Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across departments. Understand job requirements from hiring managers and create job descriptions accordingly. Source candidates through portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate databases and reports using ATS or Excel. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding during interactions. Maintain recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness. Stay updated with industry hiring trends and best practices. Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and interview evaluation methods. Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
