Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure smooth functioning of the floor.
• Manage employee relations, attendance, performance tracking, and disciplinary actions.
• Handle onboarding, documentation, and HR compliance in line with US staffing and labor law terms.
• Work closely with management on US process HR strategy, including payroll coordination, background checks, and compliance with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely HR documentation.
• Support recruitment and operations teams with HR guidance specific to US employment practices.
• Coordinate engagement activities, retention programs, and performance management.
• Provide HR support during audits, appraisals, and internal reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of HR experience in the US staffing/recruitment industry.
• Strong understanding of US employment law, compliance, and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office and HR management systems.
• Must be comfortable working onsite in night shifts (US timings).
