HR & Payroll Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning and candidate selection.
• Maintain recruitment database and candidate records.
  

Payroll Management

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, etc.).
• Manage payroll reconciliations and deductions.
  

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle attendance, leaves, and MIS reports.
• Support audits and compliance documentation.
  

Employee Engagement

• Organize engagement programs to improve morale and retention.
• Participate in implementing HR policies and HR initiatives.
  

Communication & Coordination

• Address employee queries related to payroll and HR.
• Coordinate with departments and vendors for HR-related processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / Post Graduate in HR / Commerce / Management or related field.
• 2- 3 years of experience in HR & payroll operations.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and payroll systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be fluent in English and Tamil.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of payroll software/tools.
• Experience in textile/manufacturing industry (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
