Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Salary processing by HRMS software company staff & contractual manpower.
  • Process payroll: Calculate wages, overtime, and other pay, and process direct deposits or paychecks.
  • Manage deductions and benefits: Track and process all voluntary and involuntary deductions, and administer benefits like health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Maintain salary details of employees including all break ups.
  • Calculate amounts of deductions like PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS or other deduction.
  • Ensure receipt of all supporting documents related to Full & Final Settlement.
  • Timely and accurate filing of various returns, ETDS, Form 16, etc.
