Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete payroll for ~800 employees with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Verify attendance, leave, overtime, and deductions before payroll finalization.
  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Gratuity, LWF, etc.
  • Handle full & final settlements, bonuses, and salary revisions.
  • Prepare payroll reports and coordinate with auditors as required.
  • Support HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee data management.
  • Address employee queries related to payroll, leave, or HR processes.

Requirements

  • Experience:

    56 years (majorly in payroll, with HR operations exposure).
  • Education:

    Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, HR, or related field.
  • Skills:

    • Strong in Excel and payroll systems (PeopleStrong, ZingHR, etc.)
    • Sound knowledge of statutory compliance and HR procedures
    • Attention to detail, confidentiality, and good communication skills.
