Exp : min 3+

Qualification : Any Graduate with minimum 3 + years of Experience as HR.

Skills :

Very good communication skills

Recruitment & Payroll experience is mandatory.

Preference given to HR Background candidates.

Job Description:

  • Recruitment and Retention:

HR professionals are responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding qualified teachers and staff, as well as implementing retention strategies.

  • Training and Development:

HR develops and implements training programs to support the professional development of teachers and staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed for their roles.

  • Performance Management:

HR oversees performance evaluation processes, providing feedback and support to employees to improve their performance.

  • Employee Relations:

HR manages employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.

  • Compliance:

HR ensures the school adheres to relevant employment laws and regulations, including those related to discrimination, compensation, and benefits.

  • Compensation and Benefits

Payroll Management: Overseeing accurate and timely payroll processing.

Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave entitlements.

Salary Benchmarking: Ensuring competitive and equitable compensation structures.

  • Fostering a Positive School Culture:

HR plays a role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for staff, promoting a sense of community and belonging.

  • Health and Safety:

HR often plays a role in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for staff, working with other departments to implement safety protocols.

  • Payroll Management:

HR is often involved in managing payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.

· PF & ESI

Create new PF & ESI accounts and update to accounts Department.

· Secure Storage and Access Control

Physical Records: Store in locked cabinets or rooms with restricted access to authorized personnel only.

Digital Records: Utilize encrypted systems with role-based access controls to protect sensitive information.

Backup Systems: Implement regular backups to prevent data loss.

· Employee Notifications: Inform staff of any updates or changes to their records as necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,265.80 per month
