Assisstant Transport In-charge

We have an immediate requirement for Asst Transport Incharge vacancy in Mallampet branch.

Exp : atleast 1 + years of Exp in school.

• Must and should experience in system work .
• Coordinating with the Transportation team
• Reviewing parents requirements and addressing their issues.
• Ensuring compliance with the safety standards and transportation department SOPs
• Handling any parents issues and processing the urgent ones to the Senior Management
• Scheduling vehicle maintenance appointments.
• Performing administrative duties such as preparing and maintaining Registers, documents, invoices, and logbook entries
• Coordinate with drivers for smooth transportation of children.
• Developing and implementing new and improved transportation procedures.
• Managing transportation budget and checking for newer/shorter routes
• Assisting in training new recruits
• Monitoring refueling of vehicles

Location : Mallampet, Bachupally

Notice period : Immediately
