HR Operations

You are required to join a Healthtech company based in Bangalore as a HR Operations candidate. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing employee lifecycle activities such as promotions, transfers, leaves, and terminations. It will be your responsibility to maintain HRMS (Human Resource Information System) for accurate employee data management and reporting. Collaborating with the HR team to establish and execute policies and procedures promoting best HR practices and ensuring consistency will also be part of your duties. Providing guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters is crucial, in addition to managing employee benefits administration including health insurance, retirement plans, and other programs. You will also support HR compliance audits and prepare reports. Employees may reach out to you for queries related to HR processes and policies, making you the primary point of contact. To be eligible for this role, you must possess a minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience in HR operations, HR management, or a related HR role. Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are needed to excel in this position. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care is crucial. You should have a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills. The ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment is essential for success in this role.,
