As the Receptionist and HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for maintaining the reception area's cleanliness and upholding professional etiquette. You will handle the reception tasks such as receiving and distributing letters and packages, as well as assisting in other assigned duties, including arranging travel and coordinating lunch for visitors. In addition, you will report to management and assist in various administrative tasks. For the HR recruitment aspect of the role, you will be in charge of recruiting staff employees. This includes coordinating with consultants to arrange CVs and conducting interviews as necessary. Data management is a crucial part of the job, where you will maintain records, ensure data accuracy, and protect sensitive information. You will also be closely involved in day-to-day HR functions. The ideal candidate should have proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role, with 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems is preferred. A degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field is required.
