Job Description

The interview will be face to face. Collect orders, ensure delivery and timely collection of payments from assigned vendors· Find new business opportunities and customers. Contact potential customers to showcase company products or services. Develop relationships with existing customers and keep in touch. Manage a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) within the designated area. Ensure the team meets its targets for order collection, delivery, and timely payment collection. Identify and unlock new vendor opportunities, expanding the company's vendor base. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and customers to drive sales growth. Lead and pioneer new projects aimed at increasing sales and market reach within the given area. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and support to the BDE team.
