As a Contract Labor Management professional, you will be responsible for ensuring labor law compliance and performance management in the organization. Your role will involve utilizing HR analytics tools and overseeing industrial relations. You will play a key role in managing contract labor, including ensuring timely compliances of various returns by contractors and monitoring their contributions to statutory departments like PF and ESIC. In addition to contract labor management, you will also focus on employee welfare initiatives. This includes managing facilities, coordinating medical checkups, and organizing events to promote a positive work culture. You will work closely with the Safety Department to ensure the well-being of employees in the manufacturing plant/unit. Moreover, you will be involved in implementing HR best practices within the organization. This includes formulating company policies, systems, and procedures that align with industry standards. Emphasizing teamwork and promoting a healthy work environment will be crucial aspects of your role. An added advantage for this position would be experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
