Budget: Up to 15 LPA Job Description: - Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee processes including onboarding, appraisals, disciplinary actions, and offboarding. - Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee grievances, foster a positive work environment, and manage disciplinary procedures effectively. - Performance Management: Support managers in conducting performance reviews and creating development plans. - Autonomous Problem-Solving: Act as the go-to person for operational HR challenges, providing innovative and practical solutions. - Culture Building: Contribute to creating a collaborative and engaging workplace aligned with the company's values. Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Business Human Resources, or related field. - 1 to 3 years of HR operations experience preferably from a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. - Preferred - experience in developing HR policies and procedures that scale as the company grows.
