About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven HR Operations & Performance Specialist to manage comprehensive HR functions and strengthen our performance management culture at our Irumbuppalam (Kollam) office.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in KPI/KRI management, competency mapping, performance appraisal systems, and productivity analysis across sales and operations teams.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys aligning people performance with business goals and building structured, efficient HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, and exit processes.
• Develop, monitor, and optimize performance management systems with a strong focus on KPI and KRI metrics.
• Lead goal-setting activities, monthly performance tracking, and annual appraisal processes.
• Evaluate productivity across various departments and prepare detailed analysis and reports.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity) and support documentation, internal audits, and HR governance.
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate training and development initiatives based on performance insights.
• Drive employee engagement activities to build a strong, positive work culture and enhance retention.
• Maintain updated HRMS records, employee databases, and performance dashboards for real-time insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in performance management or KPI/KRI-based roles.
• Strong understanding of PMS frameworks, KPI/KRI development, scorecards, and productivity evaluation.
• Proficiency in HRMS platforms and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and dashboard creation).
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Must be residing in or able to commute to Irumbuppalam, Kollam on a daily basis.
• Familiarity with Kerala labor laws and regional HR compliance is an advantage.
