Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records and ensure timely documentation.
Handle statutory compliance (ESI, PF, labor laws) as per local and company guidelines.
Support payroll inputs and coordinate with central payroll teams.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and grievance redressal.
Act as a point of contact for HR policies and processes for the site team.
Liaise with government authorities and local bodies when required.
Ensure timely HR reporting and data management.
Collaborate with regional HR and corporate HR teams for process alignment

Requirements:
Bachelors degree BBA in Human Resources / Business Administration or equivalent. MBA (HR) preferred.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, preferably in manufacturing or renewable energy sectors.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Must be fluent in Kannada; ability to interact with local workforce effectively.
