About the Role

HR Operations Manager

This position is ideal for a hands-on professional passionate about building high-performing teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving organizational excellence in a scaling IT Services and Staffing company.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Oversee end-to-end HR operations for India and US employees, including onboarding, compliance, and policy implementation

✅ Track and manage employee timesheets, invoices, and payment settlements accurately and on time

✅ Develop and implement HR processes, onboarding documents, SOPs, and training programs

✅ Strategize and execute internal hiring plans for technical recruiters, IT talent, sales, marketing, and support staff

✅ Manage offshore teams, drive engagement, and align them to company objectives

Federal, USCIS, EEOC

✅ Partner closely with the President/Founder to design people strategies and translate them into actionable plans

✅ Bring a sense of urgency, ownership, and passion to improve processes continuously

✅ Cultivate a culture of accountability, trust, and high performance across all teams

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Proven experience managing HR operations in both India and the US, preferably in the IT staffing, consulting, or technology services space

✔️ Expertise in tracking timesheets, managing payments, and handling contractor/vendor documentation

✔️ Strong background in internal recruitment and talent acquisition, especially for technical and sales roles

✔️ Knowledge of US federal employment laws, USCIS processes, and compliance best practices

✔️ Demonstrated ability to work in US time zones with flexible hours as needed

✔️ Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

✔️ Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a growing company
