About the Role

HR Operations Manager

This position is ideal for a hands-on professional passionate about building high-performing teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving organizational excellence in a scaling IT Services and Staffing company.


Key Responsibilities

โœ… Oversee end-to-end HR operations for India and US employees, including onboarding, compliance, and policy implementation

โœ… Track and manage employee timesheets, invoices, and payment settlements accurately and on time

โœ… Develop and implement HR processes, onboarding documents, SOPs, and training programs

โœ… Strategize and execute internal hiring plans for technical recruiters, IT talent, sales, marketing, and support staff

โœ… Manage offshore teams, drive engagement, and align them to company objectives

Federal, USCIS, EEOC

โœ… Partner closely with the President/Founder to design people strategies and translate them into actionable plans

โœ… Bring a sense of urgency, ownership, and passion to improve processes continuously

โœ… Cultivate a culture of accountability, trust, and high performance across all teams


What Weโ€™re Looking For

โœ”๏ธ Proven experience managing HR operations in both India and the US, preferably in the IT staffing, consulting, or technology services space

โœ”๏ธ Expertise in tracking timesheets, managing payments, and handling contractor/vendor documentation

โœ”๏ธ Strong background in internal recruitment and talent acquisition, especially for technical and sales roles

โœ”๏ธ Knowledge of US federal employment laws, USCIS processes, and compliance best practices

โœ”๏ธ Demonstrated ability to work in US time zones with flexible hours as needed

โœ”๏ธ Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

โœ”๏ธ Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a growing company
