Sales / Business Development Manager (BDM) – US IT Staffing


📍 Location: HiTech City, Hyderabad (Onsite, US/Arizona Timezone)

🕒 Experience: 4–8 years



About the Role

Analytic Era, a growing IT Staffing & Consulting firm headquartered in the US, is looking for a driven Sales / Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead sales operations from India. This is not a bench sales role — the focus is on direct business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities


Drive new business opportunities in the US market for both IT staffing (contract & full-time) and IT services/implementations.


Build and maintain C-level & Director-level relationships with direct clients, MSPs, and Prime Vendors.


Draft, respond to, and manage RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.


Develop sales funnels leveraging AI tools, automation, and close collaboration with marketing.


Act as an Account Manager for existing clients to grow business and ensure client satisfaction.


Strategize, execute, and deliver results-driven sales plans with measurable outcomes.


Train, mentor, and build a team of junior sales representatives to scale business.


Regularly report progress, market insights, and pipeline forecasts to leadership.


Requirements


Mandatory: Proven US IT Staffing Sales experience (not bench sales).


4–8 years in BDM / Sales roles with a track record of closures in IT staffing.


Strong knowledge of MSP/VMS ecosystems and direct client acquisition.


Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.


Ability to work in US/Arizona time zone from our Hyderabad office.


High energy, results-oriented, and a passion for building lasting client partnerships.


Willing to travel to the US once a year if required.
