Job Description

Job Responsibilities Manage compensation & payroll, employee benefits (Group Mediclaim, Group Term Life, Group Personnel Accident policy), Gratuity Trust, Separation & exit formalities, Full & Final Settlement, Exit analysis, generate HR reports, employee leave & attendance, Manage employee personnel file and employee related documentation at the time of joining. Manage all the HR Statutory compliances (PF, PT, ESI, LWF, Bonus payment, S&E etc.) Employee Data Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRMS Address employees queries on issues related to compensation and labor regulations, and all other relevant topics All other duties assigned. Skills & Abilities Good Knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Proficiency in HRIS software and other HR-related tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
