JOB DESCRIPTION ASSISTANT MANAGER - PRODUCTION ORGANISATION - IDBI Capital Markets & Securities Limited DESIGNATION - Assistant Manager EXPERIENCE RANGE - 1 - 3 years CRITICAL EXPERIENCE Knowledge of collating and formatting reports; Adhering to compliance rules and regulations. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field. LOCATION Colaba, Cuffe Parade (Mumbai H.O.) SKILLS AND TRAITS 1. Knowledge of finance and capital markets. 1. Strong organizational and document management skills. 2. High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality 3. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe (pdf) 4. Excellent communication and coordination skills. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Collate and format Institutional Equity Research reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all published materials Maintain an organized and secure shared drive of all reports, including implementing regular data backups and version control. 2. Ensure adherence to all existing and new Compliance rules & regulations applicable to Research Department. 3. Liaise with the Compliance team to ensure all research publications adhere to internal and regulatory guidelines. 4. Monitor and track the publication process, from draft to dissemination, ensuring adherence to internal SLAs. 5. Support the Research team in maintaining documentation and archives for audit and regulatory purposes. Coordinate with analysts and editors to ensure quality control and consistency of reports. 6. Develop and refine processes to improve workflow efficiency and reduce risk of compliance breaches. Provide administrative support for compliance training sessions, audits, and internal reviews. 7.
