Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations professional to manage and support core HR processes and systems. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with internal policies, and play a critical role in improving and maintaining HR efficiency across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, induction, and exit formalities.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.
• Coordinate with payroll for accurate data processing (attendance, leaves, benefits, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and company standards.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, leave, and benefits.
• Assist in performance appraisal cycles and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support audits and generate required HR reports as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (2–4 years) in HR operations.
• Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS tools (e.g., Zoho People, SAP, Workday).
• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Ability to multitask and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
