HR Operations Executive (Employee Engagement)
Location: Mohali
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month

About the Role

Arch Recruiters is hiring for their client!
We are looking for an HR Operations Executive (Employee Engagement) who will design and manage initiatives that build a positive work culture, boost employee satisfaction, and support HR operations. The right candidate will be creative, people-focused, and skilled at planning engaging activities that align with business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute monthly/quarterly employee engagement programs (online & offline).
  • Create an annual engagement calendar with activities covering fun, learning, wellness, and recognition.
  • Manage team-building events, hackathons, learning challenges, and wellness sessions.
  • Partner with managers and leadership to drive participation.
  • Handle logistics including budgeting, vendor management, and communications.
  • Design digital engagement initiatives for remote/hybrid employees.
  • Track and report engagement metrics (participation, feedback, attrition, eNPS).
  • Support onboarding, employee recognition, and other HR operations.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good knowledge of employee engagement strategies (IT/Tech sector preferred).
  • Understanding of HR operations processes like onboarding, R&R, and communication.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs/projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS tools, Google Workspace, and online platforms (Zoom, Teams, Kahoot, Mentimeter, etc.).
  • Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations/Employee Engagement/Talent Management.
  • Prior experience designing and executing engagement or learning programs is a plus.
