Position: HR & Operations Executive Industry: Entertainment / Media Agency Location: Andheri (West), Mumbai Experience: 2–4 Years (Must have experience in a Media/Entertainment/PR Agency) Job Type: Full-Time Salary: As per industry standards Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR & Operations Executive to manage HR functions and day-to-day office operations within a fast-paced media agency. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the entertainment or media industry and be comfortable working in a high-energy, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:Human Resources: End-to-end recruitment for creative, client servicing, and media-related roles Employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities Attendance & leave management; coordinate with finance for payroll Drive employee engagement and internal communication initiatives Ensure policy adherence and labor law compliance Operations: Oversee daily office operations, administration, and facility management Vendor coordination and inventory management Plan and execute internal meetings, events, and logistics Maintain project tracking sheets, reports, and documentation Support leadership in improving workflows and internal coordination Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field 2–4 years of relevant experience in a media/entertainment/PR agency is mandatory Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Why Join Us?
