Job Description

Oversee on boarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Manage employee records, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
Implement and monitor employee engagement and retention strategies.
Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations related to factories.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including changes and updates.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements for payroll, attendance, and leave management.
Oversee attendance tracking systems and manage leave requests and approvals.
Collaborate with payroll departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries and benefits.
Monitor and resolve any discrepancies in attendance and payroll records.
Organize and manage employee engagement activities, events, and wellness initiatives.
Handle employee queries and foster a positive work environment.
Conduct surveys to assess employee satisfaction and recommend improvements.
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems and databases.
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely processing with the finance department.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
