HR Operations Associate (Looking for Immediate Joiners only)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Associate to support our HR team in managing the complete employee lifecycle. This role offers exposure to multiple facets of HR operations including pre-onboarding, onboarding, payroll, compliance, HRMS,

and exit formalities. It is a great opportunity for a fresher or early-career HR professional to build a strong foundation in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Onboarding, Onboarding & Post-Onboarding

  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team for smooth candidate handover.
  • Issue offer letters and ensure pre-joining documentation is completed.
  • Liaise with IT team for laptop/ID creation and system access.
  • Collect and verify documents required for background verification (BGV).
  • Manage induction & orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Coordinate with reporting managers for seamless joining experience.
  • Issue welcome kits and ensure compliance with joining formalities.
  • Track BGV progress and follow-up on pending documents.
  • Administer onboarding/experience feedback forms.
  • Address new hire queries and provide HR policy clarifications.
  • Update employee records and maintain HRMS accuracy.

HRMS & HR Operations

  • Manage employee data and transactions on Keka HRMS (attendance, leave, payroll input, reporting).
  • Support payroll team by collating attendance, reimbursements, and salary inputs.
  • Maintain HR documentation including contracts, addendums, and personnel files.
  • Ensure HR records are audit-ready and compliant with statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and cultural initiatives.
  • Support HR team in rolling out surveys, communication campaigns, and recognition programs.
  • Assist in Payroll administration by preparing payroll reports using HRMS

Exit Management

  • Coordinate exit formalities including clearance and documentation.
  • Update HRMS with separation details and support in final settlements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0 to 1 year of experience in HR Operations (internship/fresher experience accepted).
  • Familiarity with HRMS (preferably Keka) and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
