Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of new hires. Coordinate joining formalities, induction, and onboarding activities for new employees. Ensure timely completion of payroll processing and compliance with statutory requirements. Oversee HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. Develop and implement non-IT skills training programs to enhance employee capabilities. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in end-to-end recruitment, payroll administration, and HR operations. MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or related field preferred but not mandatory.
