Roles and Responsibilities

Manage employee data management, including onboarding processes, background verification, and client operations.
Provide exceptional customer service to employees through HR shared services and support requests.
Conduct backend operations related to HR operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve overall process flow.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in HR Operations or a related field (BPO/Call Centre).
Any graduation degree (B.Com, BBA, MBA) from a recognized university.
Strong understanding of Employee Data Management, Background Verification, Onboarding, Backend Operations, Client Operations, and HR Shared Services concepts.
