Job Description

FRESHER- 6 MONTHS

SHIFT: 12:30-9:30 PM

LOCATION: GURUGRAM

Key Responsibilities: • Background Verification (BGV) Coordination & Initiation: o Initiate and track background verification processes for selected candidates. o Liaise with BGV vendors and candidates to ensure timely completion. o Maintain accurate BGV status trackers and escalate issues as needed. • Pre-Onboarding Support: o Assist candidates with documentation, queries, and onboarding formalities. o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure readiness for Day 1 (IT, Admin, Payroll). • Pre-Offer Candidate Engagement: o Maintain regular communication with potential hires to keep them engaged. o Share company information, role insights, and respond to candidate queries. o Support recruiters in managing offer dropouts and candidate experience initiatives. • Recruitment Support Activities: o Assist recruiters in resume screening, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate pipelines. o Maintain and update ATS/HRMS systems and recruitment trackers. o Support in organizing hiring events, job fairs, and walk-in drives as needed. • Administrative & Reporting Support: o Update and maintain trackers, candidate databases, and documentation logs. o Generate weekly/monthly MIS reports related to BGV, onboarding, and candidate pipeline. o Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal HR policies and processes. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 12 years of experience in TA operations, recruitment coordination, or HR support. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. • Experience with HRMS/ATS systems is an added advantage. • Collaborative attitude and a willingness to learn
