Job Title:

Role Overview

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented professional to manage day-to-day HR and finance operations. The role requires strong coordination skills, accuracy in handling data, and the ability to support internal functions with professionalism and confidentiality.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and exit processes
Maintain attendance, leave records, and provide payroll inputs
Coordinate with consultants for statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, GST, etc.)
Track expenses, manage reimbursements, and maintain petty cash records
Generate and manage invoices, follow up on payments, and maintain vendor records
Assist with bookkeeping support and documentation for accounting purposes
Prepare and maintain internal reports for HR and finance activities
Coordinate recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and communication
Maintain organized records of employee and financial data
Support general office administration as needed

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, or Business Administration
1–2 years of experience in a similar combined HR and finance role
Basic knowledge of payroll, accounting principles, and statutory compliance
Proficient in MS Excel and Google Workspace
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
