Job Description

Must Haves:

1-4 years of experience in HR analytics, payroll, or HR operations. Hands-on experience with payroll software and compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity, etc.).
Strong command over Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, dashboards, formulas).
Familiarity with HR tools like Zoho People, greytHR, or similar.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Your Day:

Process monthly payroll with 100% accuracy and ensure statutory compliance.
Maintain and reconcile payroll records, employee data, and attendance. Generate HR reports and dashboards on headcount, attrition, hiring, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with Finance and HR teams for audits, reimbursements, and compliance documentation.
Identify trends and provide actionable insights to support people strategies.
Support automation and process improvements within HR and payroll systems.
