Hr Operations Analyst

Job Title: HR Operations

• Manage the complete offboarding lifecycle, from resignation acknowledgment to final settlement.
• Coordinate with Payroll, IT, and Administration teams for clearance and handover processes.
• Conduct or schedule exit interviews and maintain records of key insights.
• Prepare and reconcile final settlements using advanced Excel formulas and templates.
• Track and report exit metrics such as attrition rate, tenure analysis, and exit trends.

2. Contract Renewal & HR Documentation

• Maintain a master tracker of employee contract expiry dates and initiate timely renewals.
• Prepare, validate, and issue contract renewal or amendment letters.
• Conduct periodic audits of HR documents to ensure compliance with company and statutory standards.
• Coordinate with the legal or compliance team for contract-related queries.

3. Special Projects & HR Initiatives

• Support HR leadership in executing projects related to process improvement, HR automation, compliance audits, and employee engagement.
• Use Excel-based models to analyze workforce data and support decision-making.
• Prepare dashboards and visual reports for management reviews.
• Assist in HR system upgrades, data migration, or digitization projects.

4. Data Management, Analysis & Reporting (Advanced Excel)

• Develop and maintain complex Excel dashboards with pivot tables, advanced formulas (INDEX-MATCH, IF-ERROR, nested formulas, etc.), and conditional formatting.
• Automate HR reports using Excel macros or Power Query.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends in employee exits, renewals, and project metrics.
• Generate and present reports for HR leadership and management reviews.
• Ensure high data accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or PGDM in Human Resources.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in HR Operations and Exit Management
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel for data preparation, reporting and Analytics
• Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively within tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
