Primary Purpose

To assist the HR Services team in delivering efficient and effective HR support to school staff and administration, ensuring that HR processes run smoothly and that employees have access to necessary HR services.

Key Responsibility

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administrative Support

    :Provide administrative assistance to the HR Services team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining HR records, and organizing documentation related to HR processes.
  • Employee Inquiries

    :Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and services. Provide timely and accurate information to support staff and faculty.
  • Onboarding Assistance

    : Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing orientation materials, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that new hires have the resources they need to start successfully.
  • HR Data Management, HR Data Mining, Data Analyst****

    : Assist in maintaining accurate HR records and databases. Ensure that employee information is up to date and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Recruitment Support

    : Provide support in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Performance Management

    :Assist with the performance management process by scheduling evaluation meetings, compiling performance review documents, and tracking employee progress.
  • Training Coordination

    : Help coordinate training sessions and professional development programs for staff. Assist in tracking attendance and feedback from training events.
  • Reporting and Documentation

    : Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, such as employee turnover, training participation, and performance evaluation completion rates.
  • Support HR Projects

    :Assist with various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR services and employee engagement.

Desired Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Relevant HR certification (e.g.,SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus but not required.

Special Qualification

Certification/ course in Human Resource.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in an HR support role or administrative position, preferably in an educational setting. Experience in HR processes and functions is advantageous.
