Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources professional to join our team. The HR Officer will support day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and HR compliance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and files.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Coordinate employee training, workshops, and development programs.
• Help manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Participate in employee engagement activities and HR projects.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR metrics.
• Provide day-to-day support to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an HR role (generalist experience preferred).
• Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS systems, ATS).
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in [Automobile industry ]
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
