Job Description

Key Responsibilities:- Understand hiring needs and job specifications from department managers. Develop and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms. Source candidates through databases, job boards, networking, and employee referrals. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage candidate communication and provide updates throughout the hiring process. Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven work experience as a Recruiter or in a similar HR role. Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
