HR

As an HR Generalist at our organization located in Dharampur, Gujarat, you will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 150 members with a focus on talent acquisition, employee life cycle management, employee engagement, HR compliance, performance management, training and development, and internal communication. Your key responsibilities will include handling end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, coordinating with department heads to understand hiring needs, and building a local talent pipeline through job portals, references, and local hiring drives. You will oversee joining formalities, background verifications, confirmation processes, and employee exits, ensuring smooth onboarding for new employees. Additionally, you will drive initiatives to boost morale and employee satisfaction, act as a point of contact for resolving employee concerns, maintain employee records to ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, and support audits while keeping documentation up-to-date. You will also assist in goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and facilitate feedback sessions and performance improvement plans when required. Identifying skill gaps and coordinating training programs to improve employee performance, ensuring effective communication between management and employees, and preparing and circulating HR updates, notices, and reports will also be part of your role.
