About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Site Safety Officer to oversee and manage all aspects of EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) compliance, documentation, and implementation at our project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all site activities are executed safely and in full compliance with statutory and client-specific safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Implement and monitor all safety, health, and environmental protocols at site as per company and client requirements. Prepare, maintain, and update all EHS documentation—including HIRA, Risk Assessments, Work Permits, Training Records, and Incident Reports etc. Conduct daily site safety inspections and ensure safe working practices across all trades. Ensure all workers and subcontractors follow PPE usage, safety signage, and housekeeping standards. Coordinate with project and client teams during EHS audits, vendor evaluations, and inspections. Conduct regular for workers and site supervisors.. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Safety Management / Industrial Safety / Environment Engineering or related field. 1–4 years of experience as a Safety Officer in construction/interior fit-out projects. Familiarity with EHS standards (Siemens / Sodexo or similar corporate safety frameworks preferred). Knowledge of local statutory compliance. Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
