Job Description

Baati Chokha Restaurant, a celebrated culinary destination in Varanasi, is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage and strengthen its workforce. The role is based in Varanasi and requires 6 days of work per week. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of proven HR experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, or service sectors, with strong fluency in English and Hindi. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, grievance handling, performance management, compliance with labor laws, attendance and payroll coordination, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR will play a vital role in bridging communication between management and staff, organizing training and development programs, and ensuring service quality standards are upheld. We are looking for a people-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven individual who can contribute to both employee satisfaction and organizational growth.
