Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader with 4 to 9 years of experience in the BPO industry, specifically in sales or customer service roles. The position is based in Mahape, New Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Coach and train team members to enhance their sales performance.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
